Drivers Education Classes with AAAA International Driving School
Stebbins High School Career Tech Center students can complete their state-required driver's education classes and behind-the-wheel driving hours through our partnership with AAAA International Driving School.
Beginning with the current registration process, students enrolled in a Stebbins High School Career Tech class/program are required to pay a $225.00 registration fee at the time of registration.
Checks should be made payable to Stebbins High School.
The $225.00 registration fee covers the student's registration for driver's education, including the required classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel driving hours.
Stebbins High School Career Tech Center will cover the additional $200.00 registration fee.
To be eligible for the Career Tech Center driver's education program, students must:
- Be enrolled in a Stebbins High School Career Tech class/program, and
- Have their Temporary Permit (TIPIC) issued by the Ohio BMV.
Students who are not enrolled in a Career Tech class/program may still register for driver's education but will be responsible for paying the full $525.00 tuition to Stebbins High School.
Important Attendance Requirements
AAAA International Driving School conducts all driver's education classes. All classroom sessions will be held virtually through Zoom.
Students must have reliable access to Zoom at home using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Students are required to have their Zoom camera turned on for the entire class session. Failure to have the camera on may result in the student being removed from the AAAA International Driving School class. If removed, a refund will not be provided for your registration.
Students must actively participate throughout each lesson and attend all six classes on their originally scheduled dates and times.
All classes must be completed on the originally scheduled dates. Failure to attend the originally scheduled dates and times for the entire session may result in the $200.00 registration fee paid for by Stebbins High School Career Tech Center being added to the student's school fees.
Important Reminder
Students must hold their Temporary Permit for six months before they are eligible to take the Ohio driver's license examination.
