Work-Based Learning
At Stebbins High School Career Technical Center (CTC), work-based learning (WBL) provides students with hands-on experience in their chosen fields, bridging classroom instruction with real-world applications. To enhance their skills and career readiness, students are required to complete 250 hours of WBL. This experiential learning opportunity allows them to engage with local businesses and industry professionals, fostering valuable connections and insights while gaining practical skills that are essential for future success. Through WBL, students not only earn credits but also prepare for the workforce by applying what they've learned in a meaningful context.
