10th grade Sophomore Specialization: All sophomores pick four programs to spend a quarter in each to experience their program of interest. 

Orientation meeting: All sophomores receive a Stebbins High School CTC Career Opportunities magazine. This magazine provides information on all programs and a Career Cluster Inventory to help guide students in their pathway of interest. 

Apply: An application link is emailed to all 10th-grade students to submit their program request to participate during their 11th and 12th-grade years. 

Admitted: All programs with 25 or fewer students requesting the program are automatically accepted/enrolled. Any program that has over 25 students requested. Students are randomly selected and assigned to the program. Students not chosen randomly for their program are placed into their other program choice.
